Can I Return or Exchange products?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. Please be sure to read product descriptions and details carefully. 

Shipping Policies and info

Regular processing times for orders are 5-10 BUSINESS days (excluding weekends). This can change during high volume order times, which will be announced on our website and social medias. Estimated shipping dates are the dates orders will go out. If different shipping methods are chosen, this will only affect shipping options, not the time it takes for orders to be made - processing times remain the same.  

Shipping Policies

Once orders are shipped out with a tracking number, ownership of packages are turned over to USPS. We are NOT responsible for lost, held, delayed, damaged, delivery errors, or incorrect shipping info. Any shipping problems should contact USPS immediately as it is out of our control once packages are sent to USPS. File any shipping problems with USPS, not us. Orders are final and non-refundable once packages are sent to USPS. Again, it is out of our control at that point and contact USPS.

How do I care for my products?

Each product is sent with aftercare instructions. Cold Tumblers are not dishwasher safe or microwave safe. They are sealed with acrylic spray for long lasting results. Gently hand wash with cold/warm water and do not scrub directly on vinyl. Do not leave in soaked water. Wine glasses are sealed with dishwasher safe sealant. It is safe to use in dishwasher or hand wash. Glass cans are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Gently hand wash with cold/warm water and do not scrub directly on vinyl for long lasting results. Do not leave in soaked water. 

Are cups sealed?

All images on cups are made of permanent vinyl. This is equivalent to car decals and are waterproof. All vinyl is sealed with a heat gun. Wine glasses are sealed with dishwasher protectant over images and tumblers are sprayed with acrylic spray (both non toxic). 

How can I place a custom order with you? 

Custom orders can be requested via email, instagram direct message, or contact us here. Please provide specific details: what type of cup (tumbler, wine, glass can, shot cups, etc) what kind of design/character/fonts/colors.. reference photos are a huge help! Custom orders are closed during high peak of orders, which will be stated on our website or social medias. Custom orders MUST be paid in advanced for our time creating them. Photos and updates will be sent before shipping to confirm satisfaction or any last minute changes. 

How can I be featured on WICKED CRAFTS Tiktok or Instagram?

We always make tiktoks packing our orders, if you would like a tiktok video dedicated specifically for your order, add a note to your order that asks us to post your order on tiktok and we will do so :) To be featured on our Instagram page, simply tag us on your stories/posts or use hashtag #wckdcrafts for a repost!

I have a problem or question/concern with my order, what should I do?

If you have any questions or concerns please contact us immediately on our contact button on our website. Please include your order number to make our conversations more efficient. You can also send us a direct message on instagram including your order number to @wckdcrafts  

My glass cup broke/I damaged my cup, what can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot be reliable for broken/damaged items after item was delivered. We offer glass protection that covers 14 days after you receive your order. If you did not purchase glass protection for your cup (if ordered multiple cups MUST add glass protection to ALL cups) and your cup is damaged or broken, we are not reliable for replacing the item. Please be careful with cups and follow after care instructions. 

I want to add glass protection to my cup, but I forgot to add it to my checkout, what should I do?

Contact us on our website or Instagram DM, glass protection can ONLY be added if items have not yet shipped. Glass protection includes any damages that can occur during shipping. It also covers 14 days after your item has arrived to your address, once 14 days are over, free replacement is no longer valid.
