Glass Protection Coverage
Our glass protection coverage offers a FREE replacement (excluding shipping) to your order if:
-Broken or damaged items during shipping transit.
-Damaged or broken items 14 days after receiving your order (in case any accidents happen). The 14 days start strictly on the date items are delivered to the address.
-If you ordered multiple glass cups, you MUST add glass protection to ALL cups.
-Photos of damaged items are a MUST, for a replacement to be valid.
Example: Your order is a total of 3 glass cups, but only added 1 glass protection coverage to your order = only 1/3 cups will receive the free replacement.
Suppose you wish to add glass protection after your checkout, Contact us immediately on our website or on Instagram direct message. It can only be added if items have not been shipped.
